CREATE

The art I make is largely symbolic and narrative based. It seeks to make the viewer think and consider the symbols, motifs, and history that confront us every day in nature, civilization, and society. Spirituality and a connection to infinite awareness is key to my process, consideration, and execution of every piece I create whether mundane, or complex. 

Within my art I seek to not only work through my own thoughts, ideas, and belief systems that may be lying beneath the surface of my consciousness, but to also help others consider their own subconsciousness, and perhaps bring some of those concepts to the surface to be analyzed.

The goal of my art is two fold; bring peace and relaxation through admiration of the wild beauty of the animal kingdom while admiring our own human history and its accounting, interaction, and sublimation of the natural world, but also consider the consequences of the human animal in this struggle with our own instinctual need for survival as part and parcel to nature, that we may access our higher nature through reason and awareness, lest we allow a fear of insecurity to be the very cause of a chaotic slide back into the brutality of our ancient past.
